About the Chef:
The Brass Spatula is the dream of Elyse Bolton, to finally share her passion for cooking, and to bring her kitchen into the homes of many others. Like so many others, Elyse has been cooking since she was a little girl watching her grandmother bring a community together with her delicious food. Later, working in her family's restaurant in Yardley, Pennsylvania with her mother and sister, her love of the kitchen continued to grow. Since moving to California she has been looking for the best avenue to express her passion for cooking and feeding people.The Brass Spatula is her way of not only sharing her love of cooking but also giving others the time to come together to enjoy the food and each other.
